The Role
The Head Chef will oversee daily kitchen operations, leading a team of 8 chefs while maintaining high culinary standards and smooth service flow. The role suits a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys mentoring their team. With full creative control over menus and specials, this position offers the freedom to make your mark.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Overseeing all kitchen operations including ordering, rostering, and stock control
  • Designing menus and seasonal specials aligned with the venue's offering
  • Leading, training, and motivating a small and capable kitchen team
  • Maintaining consistency in food quality, presentation, and timing
  • Collaborating with management to drive food operations forward
