Your Mission:

 Identify & develop new business opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, warehousing & construction.

 Engage key decision-makers – HR,HSEQ,Training Managers, Directors & CEOs.

 Present & sell tailored training solutions that solve real industry challenges.

 Negotiate contracts & close deals with confidence.

 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Bring:

 Proven B2B sales experience (ideally in training, manufacturing, or construction).

 Strong negotiation & closing skills – you know how to seal the deal.

 Hunter mentality – you love chasing new opportunities.

 Excellent communication & relationship-building skills.

 Self-motivation & resilience – you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
