We are looking for a
critical thinker
finance professional for a
newly created role
based in Melbourne — if you have a passion for
financial analysis
and an interest in the
property and construction space

What you will do

You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of due diligence projects and driving business development, with key responsibilities including:

Financial reviews

  • Identify risks, analyse historical and forecast financial performance, understand trends.
  • Assess statutory compliance and financial capacity for specific projects.
  • Prepare and present clear, actionable recommendations to clients.

Business development & marketing

  • Identify new business opportunities and support business strategies.
  • Develop new service offerings.
  • Bring a point of view to client meetings and industry forums.

Leadership & team management

  • Mentor junior team members and manage multiple engagements.
  • Pro-active and engaging, ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.

What we are looking for

  • 4+ years' experience
    in finance or accounting.
  • CA qualified
    (mandatory),
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and efficiency.
  • Strong technical and AI literacy.
  • Experience in leading or managing staff.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of or experience in the
    property and construction
    industry.
