We are looking for a
critical thinker
finance professional for a
newly created role
based in Melbourne — if you have a passion for
financial analysis
and an interest in the
property and construction space
, this is a great chance to get hands-on, work for sophisticated clients and play a big part in growing our footprint in the market.
What you will do
You will be responsible for managing a diverse range of due diligence projects and driving business development, with key responsibilities including:
Financial reviews
- Identify risks, analyse historical and forecast financial performance, understand trends.
- Assess statutory compliance and financial capacity for specific projects.
- Prepare and present clear, actionable recommendations to clients.
Business development & marketing
- Identify new business opportunities and support business strategies.
- Develop new service offerings.
- Bring a point of view to client meetings and industry forums.
Leadership & team management
- Mentor junior team members and manage multiple engagements.
- Pro-active and engaging, ensure high-quality outputs and adherence to deadlines.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
What we are looking for
- 4+ years' experience
in finance or accounting. - CA qualified
(mandatory), - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with confidence and efficiency.
- Strong technical and AI literacy.
- Experience in leading or managing staff.
- Bonus: Knowledge of or experience in the
property and construction
industry.
