We are seeking a strategic, collaborative PMO Director/ Associate Director to serve as a force multiplier for the Delivery Transformation Leader and a catalyst for cross-functional success. • Drive Strategic Execution: Translate vision into action through pragmatic transformation plans, clear prioritization, and agile planning. Align efforts with firm-wide goals and enable sustained momentum.
• Influence Through Expertise: Partner across workstreams to shape thinking, inform decisions, and provide a strategic lens on key transformation components.
• Communicate with Purpose: Craft and deliver compelling presentations to Area leadership, partners, and working teams that build alignment, clarity, and ownership around transformation progress and objectives.
• Measure What Matters: Oversee program performance through robust tracking of milestones, budgets, and risk indicators. Use data-driven reporting to anticipate challenges and guide adjustments.
• Optimize Shared Resources: Strategically manage capacity across workstreams, coordinating resources to meet shifting priorities and enabling flexible deployment based on skills and need.
• Coordinate Across the Ecosystem: Facilitate coordination across eight Participating Firms, working closely with PF Delivery Transformation Leads to embed and scale delivery transformation levers.
• Proactively Manage Risk: Maintain visibility of dependencies and risks, guiding teams through proactive mitigation strategies and enabling timely escalation when needed.
• Support Strategic Dialogue: Develop leadership materials and decision-support content that enables informed discussions at the highest levels and ensures program transparency and momentum.
