You are:

You're a PMO Lead or PMO Manager with strong experience in governance, reporting and risk management.

You have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to build trust and drive alignment with people at all levels.

Coming from a financial services / banking background, you're experienced in providing program oversight & strategic alignment.

With a proactive attitude, you are approachable, personable and an excellent communicator.

The Role:

As PMO Lead, you'll be working closely with Program Directors on a high-impact transformation initiative. Whilst you won't be directly managing a team, your leadership skills will be imperative to build trust with and influence senior stakeholders. 

You'll drive successful delivery by providing structured support, consistent standards and embedding governance.

You'll be responsible for schedule management, reporting, risk management, program planning and extensive stakeholder management.
