About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Contract Manager with 3-5 years of experience in contract management to support commercial and legal activities across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is a client-facing position, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure contracts are well-structured, risks are managed, and obligations are met.

You will play a key role in supporting sales and delivery teams through the full contract lifecycle, from pre-award activities and negotiations to ongoing contract performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with contract drafting, review, and negotiation to achieve balanced outcomes for all parties.
  • Provide advice on commercial and contractual risks and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Support account teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policy.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align contracts with account strategy and client needs.
  • Contribute to revenue protection and margin improvement by managing commercial levers effectively.

About You:

  • 3-5 years' experience in contract management or related field
  • Strong understanding of contractual principles, commercial risks, and compliance requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage competing priorities.
