We have partnered with a fantastic organisation that provides engineering and infrastructure capabilities to critical defence programs in Australia.

They are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a high performing team in Sydney. This role requires a strong legal background and proven experience managing Defence contracts from negotiation through to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead contract negotiations, including change proposals and variations
  • Interpret and manage Statements of Work and deliverables
  • Ensure compliance with ASDEFCON templates and frameworks
  • Provide commercial and legal advice to stakeholders across projects

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within Defence
  • Strong legal and commercial acumen
  • In-depth understanding of ASDEFCON template and framework
  • Current NV1 security clearance (essential)

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to work on high-profile Defence projects, driving successful outcomes within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
