About the Company:

Our client is a well-established and respected remedial builder delivering high-quality projects across Sydney. With a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual functions of their growing project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, negotiate, and manage head and subcontract agreements
  • Prepare scopes, procurement schedules, and trade packages
  • Assess and process variations, progress claims, and payments
  • Conduct cost reporting, forecasting, and risk management
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contract matters
  • Support project and site teams with commercial and compliance documentation

About You:

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contract Administrator in construction (remedial highly regarded)

Strong understanding of construction contracts (AS forms) and cost management

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Trade or tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
