Based in Brisbane, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead sales and partnership growth across one of our key territories. As State Manager, you will champion the Princess Cruises brand by building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, driving revenue through strategic business development, and delivering impactful training and product education. This role is highly mobile, requiring regular travel across QLD, and is ideal for a self-driven, relationship-focused professional ready to grow market share and agent engagement in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential travel agents across QLD and NT to drive sales and brand loyalty

Developing and executing tailored business plans and marketing initiatives to support agent growth and achieve revenue targets

Delivering engaging product training and presentations, both in-person and via webinars, to educate agents and increase cruise sales confidence

Representing Princess Cruises at trade and industry events, consumer expos, and agency-hosted functions to elevate brand presence in the territory
-
Planning, coordinating, and hosting agent FAMIL trips and ship walkarounds to deepen product understanding and engagement

Monitoring market trends and agent performance, providing reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations to improve territory performance
-
Managing marketing budgets, processing invoices, and ensuring all financial activity aligns with ROI expectations and company policies
About You:
You are a confident, people-focused professional with a passion for travel and a talent for building strong, face-to-face relationships. Energetic and authentic, you enjoy being on the road, meeting with travel agents, presenting engaging product sessions, and supporting partners to grow their cruise business. You thrive in a dynamic role where no two days are the same and take pride in being approachable, adaptable, and solutions-focused. Highly self-motivated and organised, you manage your time effectively and work well both independently and as part of a broader team. You're commercially minded, resilient under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple priorities including training, events, budgets, and reporting. Most importantly, you're ready to represent the Princess Cruises brand with professionalism, passion, and a commitment to excellence.
To be successful in the role, you will have demonstrated:

2 years in a territory sales role OR strong travel sales support experience and ready for your next step

Travel industry background is preferred; cruise experience is highly regarded
-
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and influence outcomes
-
Confidence in delivering engaging presentations and training sessions to large groups
-
Ability to work autonomously, manage your schedule, and stay accountable to KPIs
-
Flexibility for frequent intrastate travel (4 days per week), plus occasional interstate travel and out-of-hours events

Salesforce and PowerPoint knowledge
-
Experience managing budgets and executing marketing plans
-
Strong commercial acumen and focus on delivering ROI
-
A valid driver's licence and comfort driving within the territory
