Blacktown Inn is seeking experienced and professional Gaming Attendants to join our dynamic team. We're looking for candidates who bring a strong background in hospitality and gaming, and who are ready to step into a role that values leadership, reliability, and service excellence.
If you have experience in gaming operations, supervisory roles, and advanced Responsible Gambling practices, we want to hear from you. Sound like a good fit? Game on
A day in the life of a Gaming Attendant:
- Actively engage with guests by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that our guests won't forget
- Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, which is centred around safety as well as RSA and RCG/RSG compliance
- Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations
What do we need from you
About you:
- You are great with people, detail and communication and are motivated to make magic happen for your guests and your teammates
- You are a team player and have flexible availability across the day, evenings and weekends
- You hold current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
- You hold current and Advanced Responsible Gambling Officer (RGO) Qualification (preferred)
- You'll be yourself and come as you are - ALH is known for its people
