Admin Officer based in Townsville.

Ideally, we are looking for a full-time employee to join our team working from 8:30AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.

The Role:

  • Answering phones

  • Communicating with staff, clients, and vendors on behalf of management

  • Monitoring of company vehicles

  • Errands: Sending and collecting mail, purchasing supplies from various stores and delivering supplies to jobs at various locations

  • Occasional cleaning and washing of linen
    • Handling other administrative tasks as needed.

You are required to have:

  • Current car license (manual desirable)

  • Can-do attitude

  • Strong language, writing and communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Self-motivated and trustworthy, able to work with minimal supervision

  • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent organisational skills
    • Team player; always open to helping colleagues

Experience with the following would be well-regarded:

  • Xero
    • Word / Excel / Outlook
    • Data Validating

  • Accounts Receivable

  • Debt Recovery
