Position: Entry Level Office Assistant

The Role:

  • Perform clerical tasks such as monitoring and maintaining office supplies and following standard procedure documentation

  • Errands: Sending and collecting mail, purchasing supplies from various stores and delivering supplies to jobs at various locations

  • Cleaning and washing of linen

  • Communicate with staff, clients, and vendors; answer phones and assist customers in-store when required

  • Handle other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • A can-do attitude

  • Good communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Team player; always open to helping colleagues

  • No experience necessary

Hours:

  • Full-time - Monday to Friday.
