We are seeking an experienced
Insights Business Analyst
to join our team and help shape data-driven decision-making across the organisation. This role will focus on gathering, defining, and documenting business intelligence requirements to deliver impactful reporting and analytics solutions for a diverse user community.

About You:

  • Minimum of
    4 years' experience
    as a BI Business Analyst in data warehouse and/or BI environments.
  • Proven experience using an end-to-end process for defining and documenting BI requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of BI tools, ideally
    Power BI
    , and experience creating report prototypes.
  • Understanding of dimensional data modelling and OLAP technologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, defining critical success factors, and documenting user scenarios.
  • Skilled in supporting and coordinating user acceptance testing processes.
