We are seeking an experienced Insights Business Analyst to join our team and help shape data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
This role will focus on gathering, defining, and documenting business intelligence requirements to deliver impactful reporting and analytics solutions for a diverse user community.
About You: Minimum of 4 years' experience as a BI Business Analyst in data warehouse and/or BI environments.
Proven experience using an end-to-end process for defining and documenting BI requirements.
Strong knowledge of BI tools, ideally Power BI, and experience creating report prototypes.
Understanding of dimensional data modelling and OLAP technologies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
Experience facilitating workshops, defining critical success factors, and documenting user scenarios.
Skilled in supporting and coordinating user acceptance testing processes.
