About This Role

This is a Business Insight Analyst position, where you will play a key role in shaping our product strategy through rigorous analysis and market understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse customer data to understand product usage patterns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Elicit and document product requirements, including creating user stories and process maps.
  • Support the development of business cases and contribute to deal engagements with insightful analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and go-to-market activities.
  • Conduct thorough market research to inform product decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business and/or product analysis roles, with a strong focus on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and achieve goals.
  • Familiarity with market analysis and competitive landscape assessments, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform product decisions.
