The Grove Dental is looking for a compassionate and motivated oral health therapist with adult scope to join our growing team We transform the way our patients feel about going to the dentist and have established ourselves as a highly regarded cosmetic & family dental practice. For the last two consecutive years, we were awarded National Winner in the highly esteemed Australian Achiever Awards for remarkable customer service, and earlier this year we completed an extensive practice expansion to create a truly transformative and reimaged dental experience for our patients. About You:
- You have at least 3 years' private practice experience working in Australia
- You are available to work 4-5 days a week
- You have a friendly chair-side manner, can communicate confidently, and make people feel comfortable
- You enjoy playing a role in the diagnosis, education and maintenance of comprehensive treatments
- You have some orthodontic experience
- You have a growth mindset and are always open to learn new things. You're constantly seeking to improve yourself and committed to delivering high-quality work and an excellent experience for your patients.
