Red Rock Venues is a hospitality group with a range of well-established venues across Australia. In Melbourne, we operate ten unique venues including Cookie, P.J. O'Brien's, BearBrass, Ludlow Dining Room, Turf Sports Bar, Magic Mountain Saloon, and The Precinct in Richmond. Each venue has its own identity and offering, from casual dining and cocktail bars to pubs, all-day eateries, and late-night venues, but we're united by a shared approach: strong service, well-run operations, and building confident, capable teams. We're Hiring:

Red Rock Venues is looking for experienced kitchen staff, qualified chefs, and skilled cooks to join our Melbourne venues. With a busy season ahead, we're seeking professionals who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, take pride in producing high-quality food, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.

We're currently recruiting for:

  • Qualified Chefs – capable of managing sections and consistently delivering exceptional dishes
  • Chef de Parties (CDPs) – experienced in high-volume kitchens and skilled in their designated section
  • Commis & Line Cooks – reliable, motivated, and eager to grow their culinary skills

Roles are available on a casual, part-time, or ongoing full-time basis, depending on the venue and your experience.
