About the role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at Elbon Coffee' in Double Bay, NSW 2028. As a casual Barista, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional coffee and customer service to our loyal patrons.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks with excellent technique and consistency
  • Providing attentive and friendly customer service to ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including equipment and workspace
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking of coffee and related supplies
  • Collaborating with the team to identify and implement process improvements

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced café or specialty coffee environment
  • Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, including espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for coffee and a commitment to continuously learning and improving your craft
