As the Barista at Durks Cafe Box Hill, you will play a crucial role in upholding the highest standards of coffee quality and customer service. You will work with the head Barista and rest of the dedicated team. We are seeking a well-trained and motivated individual to deliver exceptional experiences to our patrons. Your responsibilities will include entire coffee operation, help managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with franchise standards. Your passion for coffee and communication skills will be essential in driving the success of our café.

Essential skills:

  • Previous experience working in café/restaurant (Minimum 1 Years)
  • Barista experience: in-depth technical understanding of specialty coffee
  • Coffee making experience including basic espresso preparation and milk steaming techniques required
  • Can produce consistent high quality coffee in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Strong communication skills
