The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a hands-on Finance Business Partner who can turn numbers into strategy and connect financial insights with operational decision-making. This is your chance to step into a pivotal role where finance meets growth, sustainability, and innovation.

This role is based in Essendon, with regular travel required to our sites in Epping and Montrose.

In this role, you'll:

  • Deliver meaningful insights that drive smarter, faster business decisions
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling across operations
  • Provide strategic financial insights to guide data-driven decisions
  • Partner with senior leaders at Repurpose It to shape growth strategies and investment opportunities
  • Build business cases and provide financial guidance for new initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement, process efficiency, and automation of financial operations
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor across the business
  • Take ownership of financial outcomes and lead key initiatives from analysis to implementation

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • CA/CPA qualified with strong financial analysis & modelling skills
  • A proactive communicator who can influence and build relationships across all levels
  • Analytical, adaptable, and passionate about driving improvement
