About the Role

Anytime Fitness is seeking motivated Personal Trainers and Exercise Science graduates to join our clubs. This is a subcontractor role, where you'll be paid on a commission basis per paid client session at an hourly rate of $55–$65.

You'll receive mentoring, sales and business training, and the support needed to build and manage your own client base, while applying your knowledge in real-world coaching.

Locations: Bexley, Wolli Creek, Kensington, Kingsford, Chippendale, Chatswood, Chatswood East, Rhodes, Haymarket, Surry Hills

What You'll Do

  • Run assessments & design tailored, evidence-based programs
  • Deliver 1:1 and small group training sessions
  • Motivate clients & track their progress
  • Apply exercise science principles to achieve client outcomes
  • Actively grow and manage your own client base

What We're Looking For

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness OR Bach. Exercise Science
  • First Aid & CPR (Required)
  • Strong communication skills & a passion for health and fitness
  • Willingness to build a business and client base inside the club
