Join our Consumer Transformation team as a Product Specialist focused on AI and emerging technologies. You'll support the delivery of strategic initiatives that improve customer outcomes and drive innovation across Consumer Insurance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to meaningful change.

This is a secondment opportunity to 30 June 2026.

What You'll Do

  • Support the delivery of AI and emerging tech initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute testing, change management, and continuous improvement activities.
  • Analyse and refine requirements with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Provide oversight and governance across a portfolio of initiatives, including regular updates and showcases.
  • Integrate change management strategies to reduce delivery barriers and enhance adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to match solutions to customer needs.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in insurance claims or financial services, with exposure to project delivery and emerging technologies.
  • Analytical thinking to identify insights and drive performance improvements.
  • Effective communication skills to tailor complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise work independently.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes.
  • Intermediate technical literacy and comfort articulating technology solutions.
