As our UX and AI Design Manager, you will help shape Suncorp’s AI and UX capabilities, ensuring that our AI program remains human-centered, accessible, and impactful. Working within the newly established CTO & AI function, you will consult with build teams, build design systems, establish best practices, and drive design thinking, placing the customer experience at the forefront of AI-powered solutions. If you are passionate about the intersection of UX and AI, this role offers an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future of AI-driven user experiences at Suncorp.

**What You’ll Do**
- Define UX capabilities for AI teams, develop learning resources, and coach team members in AI-focused UX methodologies
- Enhance design systems, address toolset gaps, and create frameworks that support scalable AI delivery
- Work closely with AI and innovation teams, providing UX expertise and consultancy on key AI initiatives

**What You’ll Bring**
- Tertiary degree in a relevant field with advanced expertise in design systems and interaction design
- Strong background in UX/UI design, including applied knowledge in AI use cases and user interactions with GenAI
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others, lead workshops, and facilitate design-focused learning
- Hands-on experience with tools like Figma, and the ability to adapt design principles for AI contexts
