Northline are on the lookout for a Receiving Officer to join our team on the afternoon shift in Sunshine West. This is a casual position, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 4 and 8 hours.

As a Receiving Officer, you will take great pride and satisfaction in the challenge and variety that Northline has to offer, while thriving in a fast-paced environment. 

As a Receiving Officer your duties will include:

  • Checking the weights and dimensions of incoming freight;
  • Recording detailed measurements and photographic recordings of freight;
  • Strapping of outbound loads;
  • Manual handling of freight;
  • Minor administration duties.

As a successful candidate you will:

  • Be eager to learn and work safely within a team; 
  • Have a knowledge or understanding of load restraint experience and knowledge (desirable but not essential);
  • Hold a current Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential);
  • Have a commitment to safe work practices.
