Job Description

The Senior Project Manager - MDM and Data plays a key role in the Digital Change and Transformation team, supporting large-scale initiatives under the Digital Reimagination Program (DRI).

You'll work closely with delivery teams, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution across MDM streams. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with a strong background in enterprise data and IT transformation, proven stakeholder engagement skills, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

Please note: This is a two year fixed-term role

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead end-to end planning, execution, and delivery of the MDM Platform implementation, including integration with HCM, Payroll, Finance, and new identity management solutions.
• Oversee all project phases -initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure - ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration of the MDM Platform (Informatica) with existing and new systems (HCM, Payroll, Finance, and identity management).
• Manage data flows between the MDM Platform and Data Lake, supporting accurate and timely data reporting.
• Act as the main liaison between business, IT, and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Manage relationships with Informatica and other technology providers to ensure effective delivery and support.

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience in project management, with a focus on data management, MDM, or large-scale enterprise transformations including hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and data integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of data lake architectures and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of HCM, Payroll, and Finance systems and their integration requirements.
• Familiarity with identity management solutions and associated security standards.
• Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe).
• Demonstrated Ability to manage budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with experience in executive reporting and governance.
