The Senior Project Manager - IDAM and MDM plays a key role in the Digital Change and Transformation team, supporting large-scale initiatives under the Digital Reimagination Program (DRI).

You'll work closely with delivery teams, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution across MDM streams. This role is ideal for an experienced project manager with a strong background in enterprise data and IT transformation, proven stakeholder engagement skills, and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of IDAM and MDM platform implementation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance requirements and business objective.
  • Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, budgets, timelines, risks, issues and resources to achieve on-time and within-scope delivery.
  • Maintain project governance structures, (e.g PCB, BDA, Change and Comms Governance Group, Architecture & Integration working groups) and provide regular reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business units, cross-functional teams, IT teams, governance bodies, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and stakeholder communications as the main point of contact for the project.
  • Lead and motivate teams and establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and security teams to ensure technical feasibility and compliance.
  • Oversee integration of MDM (Informatica) with HCM, Payroll, Finance, and identity systems.

ABOUT YOU

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Informatica MDM.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation projects in IDAM and MDM.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Informatica MDM, and data lake architectures.
  • Strong understanding of Program/Project methodologies and experience leading complex and large-scale technology initiatives through all phases of the delivery lifecycle.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills with the ability to influence and negotiate across all levels of the organization.
  • Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile (Scrum Master, SAFe).
  • Demonstrated Ability to manage budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with experience in executive reporting and governance.
