The Business Analyst, Data and MDM plays a key role in the Digital Change and Transformation team, supporting large-scale initiatives under the Digital Reimagination Program (DRI). This role is responsible for analysing and improving master data quality, identifying data issues, and supporting MDM rule definition in collaboration with stakeholders. The role also supports data-related activities across the DRI program to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Working with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyse business requirements for the MDM solution and any other data related activities.
• Collaborating with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Creating detailed documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flows, to support the implementation and maintenance of MDM and other data related activities.
• Participating in testing and validation of MDM business rules to ensure they meet business requirements and data standards.
• Analysing master data, identifying trends, and patterns to identify the required business rules for mastering each master data set.

ABOUT YOU

• Understand MDM concepts, principles and best practices, Experience with MDM tools and technologies, Knowledge of data Governance frameworks and data quality management.
• Proficient documentation skills to create user-friendly guides, process flows and technical specifications
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships, manage expectations and facilitate collaboration
• The ability to analyse complex data sets, identify data quality issues and derive validations rules to improve data accuracy and consistency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
