Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Identity Access Management (IDAM) and Master Data Management (MDM) platform implementation projects.
  • Lead and motivate teams, and establish collaborative relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure successful outcomes and timely delivery.
  • Oversee the integration of MDM (Informatica) with HCM, Payroll, Finance, and identity systems.
  • Spearhead the integration of Microsoft Entra ID with other identity systems and platforms, and oversee the migration and automation of identity processes, including provisioning, authentication, and governance.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle (build, testing, UAT, implementation, and change management) with effective vendor, risk, and issue management.
Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will be a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation projects in IDAM and MDM. You should have strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Informatica MDM, and data lake architectures, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
