Turnbull Funerals is a part of part of InvoCare, an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing.
About the role:
We are currently seeking a compassionate and driven Location Manager to join our team full-time.
This role focuses on building strong community presence, delivering exceptional service to families, and leading a high-performing team. You'll be a key advocate of our culture and service standards, supporting families before, during, and after the funeral process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimise daily operations across multiple locations
- Manage budgets, labour costs, and EBITDA targets
- Ensure compliance with HSE, auditing, and risk management standards
- Support and develop a high-performing, multi-brand team
- Drive local marketing and community engagement
- Maintain exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee rostering, timetabling, and inventory coordination

- You are a natural leader who inspires and empowers your team.
You bring:
- Experience in operations, people, and financial management in high-volume environments
- Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset
- Sensitivity and empathy when supporting grieving families
- Excellent communication skills across all levels
- High attention to detail and solid administrative skills
- Flexibility to work after hours, including occasional weekends
- Comfort working with the deceased and bereaved families
- A current, unrestricted Driver's Licence
- Unrestricted Driver's license
