About the Role:

As a Guest Service Agent, your mission is to deliver exceptional hospitality by anticipating and fulfilling guest needs, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out experiences, and maintaining the hotel's high standards of service. You'll be the welcoming face of the hotel, creating memorable guest experiences that reflect the brand's values of empowerment, possibilities, and community.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Welcome guests warmly and ensure smooth check-in/check-out

•    Respond promptly to guest needs and special requests

•    Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room readiness

•    Manage reservations and daily guest transactions accurately

•    Provide information about hotel services and local attractions

•    Maintain a clean, safe, and professional front desk environment

•    Participate in training and team meetings

Skills & Experience:

•    Strong customer service and communication skills

•    Familiarity with hotel systems and procedures

•    Ability to collaborate across departments

•    Detail-oriented and accurate in transactions

•    Adaptable and open to continuous learning

•    Knowledge of WH&S and operational policies
