The Opportunity
We're seeking a creative, driven, and visionary Head Chef to lead our culinary team and shape the future of dining at Levantine Hill. This is a rare opportunity to leave your mark on a growing luxury estate, working closely with ownership and leadership to craft menus that celebrate Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours with a modern Australian twist.
What You'll Do
- Lead the food division across all venues: restaurant, events, and hotel breakfast
- Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Design and develop seasonal menus and tasting notes
- Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
- Uphold the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation

- Proven experience as a Head Chef in a premium dining environment
- Passion for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine
- Strong leadership and communication skills
