The Opportunity

We're seeking a creative, driven, and visionary Head Chef to lead our culinary team and shape the future of dining at Levantine Hill. This is a rare opportunity to leave your mark on a growing luxury estate, working closely with ownership and leadership to craft menus that celebrate Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours with a modern Australian twist.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the food division across all venues: restaurant, events, and hotel breakfast
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to deliver seamless guest experiences
  • Design and develop seasonal menus and tasting notes
  • Manage kitchen operations, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing kitchen team
  • Uphold the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a premium dining environment
  • Passion for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
