WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You'll manage and optimise day-to-day remittance operations, ensuring transactions are accurate, secure and timely. You'll oversee regulatory compliance across AML/CTF obligations, AUSTRAC reporting, and international remittance regulations. You'll identify process improvements, manage risk and fraud, and liaise with banking partners and payment providers. Supporting customer service, you'll help resolve escalations and enhance client experience. You'll also track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights to senior management to drive strategic decisions.

YOU WILL NEED...

  • Proven operations management experience
  • Experience finance services or remittance, or similar industries
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities
  • High computer literacy
  • Solid understanding of AML/CTF obligations and financial compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptable and able to manage shifting operational priorities
