Workforce Coordinator

**About your role**:
**We are recruiting a 12-month fixed term contract position, working 54 hours per fortnight on a rotating roster (some weekends required).**
Supporting Scope’s Workforce Scheduling function, this role plays a key part in delivering operationally and financially sustainable rosters. By mobilising our workforce effectively, we empower our clients to belong, thrive, and live their dreams, both now and in the future.
This role focuses on the efficient management of daily operational rosters, working closely with service delivery teams to ensure the leave planning process is followed. It also ensures adherence to shift-filling procedures while optimising workforce usage to meet the needs of the service line and clients within your assigned operational area.
**Responsibilities**:
- Foster collaboration across diverse stakeholder networks to enhance sustainable workforce rostering, mobilisation, and management.
- Leverage data-driven insights and maintain consistent workflows to deliver service excellence and meet operational needs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining workforce processes, increasing engagement, and boosting retention through simple, effective, and scalable strategies.
- Use data to guide service delivery teams in cost-efficient staffing decisions, minimising agency reliance, reducing overtime, and increasing casual utilisation.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including updating files, shared drives, and reporting tools.
- Collect and escalate feedback and complaints as needed, ensuring prompt resolution.

**Requirements**:
- Experience using any roster/attendance system is highly desirable.
- Experience in the disability field is advantageous.
- Must satisfy all visa requirements for working in Australia (no limitations).
- NDIS Worker Check and Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain.
- NSW Driver’s licence.
