The Opportunity

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team to deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role is responsible for ensuring a high service standard and a best in class experience for guests and staff.

About You

  • Restaurant and/or bar management/supervisory experience is required
  • Previous experience and knowledge on wine pairings/lists
  • Ability to be adaptable and perform in high pressure service periods
  • Exceptional hygiene and venue cleanliness standards
  • Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
  • Outstanding time management skills, and ability to think on your feet
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to create and understand forecasts and budgets
  • Demonstrated experience working within strict COGS & Labour targets
  • Excellent communication and professional presentation
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour

Requirements

  • Club Chin Chin is operational Thursday through Sunday so availability for these days is a must
  • Victorian RSA Certificate
  • Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
  • Valid Police Check or willingness to obtain
