About Us

The Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional service that reflects the quality of our brand. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys building strong relationships with both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing service team
- Maintain exceptional customer service standards and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and owners to drive service excellence
- Manage reservations, rosters, and service flow
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, events, and wine/dining experiences
- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and hygiene requirements
About You
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end dining venue
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Sound knowledge of modern Asian cuisine and wine service (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain attention to detail
- Current RSA certificate and working rights in Australia
