Are you passionate about the outdoors, sustainability, and maintaining beautiful green spaces?  We're currently seeking Parks Maintenance Officers and Casual Parks Horticulturalists to join our Open Space Crews across multiple locations in the South Eastern Suburbs, Vic.

Whether you're experienced in tree planting, pruning, general grounds care, or hold a Certificate in Horticulture, this is a great opportunity to work with a reputable organisation in a rewarding, physical, and nature-connected role.

What's on offer:

  • $ $37 hr + Superannuation
  • Ongoing, full-time casual work (Mon-Fri, 6:30am - 2:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • General parks and gardens maintenance
  • Tree planting, pruning, mulching, and garden care
  • Operation of ride-on mowers, brush cutters and other landscaping equipment
  • Assist in maintaining public parks, reserves, and open spaces
  • Ad hoc duties as directed by site supervisor

About You:

  • Passionate about working outdoors in nature
  • Experience in horticulture, landscaping or open space maintenance
  • Holds a Certificate II or III in Horticulture (or working towards)
  • Physically fit and capable of repetitive tasks in all weather conditions
  • Positive, proactive, and safety-conscious
  • Current MR Driver's Licence (Required)
  • WWCC and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical
  • Full working rights
