**About The Company**

Our client is a leader in their industry and a household name for families across Australia. An opportunity for a full time permanent Accounts Receivable Officer who is experienced and enthusiastic has become available.

Offering a fun and collaborative environment, working in a team, newly renovated office, working from home 1 day per week and the ability to bring your pets in - This is a role that cant be passed up

**About the role**

You will be responsible forbut not be limited to:

- Daily receipts reconciliation between bank statements, remittance advice and sales invoices
- Credit notes
- Monitoring outstanding debtor balances, sending customer statements and actively collecting outstanding balances
- Generating weekly debtors list with comments for management review
- Responding to auditor’s queries and collating data as needed
- Work collaboratively with the finance team to ensure the agreed tasks are prioritised and executed within the requested timeframe (both internally and externally)
- General administration and adhoc duties when required

**About YOU**
- Experience in Accounts Receivable
- Strong people and communication skills
- Ability work in a high volume/ high performing environment
- High attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Intermediate skills in excel; includes knowledge of basic formulas such as vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with an ERP
- Strong time management skills
