We're a locally owned and operated landscaping company providing high-quality landscape construction solutions around Launceston and Deloraine areas in Northern Tasmania..

We're fully equipped with all the tools and machinery needed to deliver premium results — including tipper truck & excavator and a well organised tools trailer.

The Role

As a Leading Hand, you'll be hands-on in all aspects of landscape construction and responsible for assisting with:

  • Supervising and mentoring team members on-site
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred but not required for this position
  • Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and within time frames
  • Coordinating tools, materials, and workflow efficiently
  • Communicating with clients and the management team

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in landscape construction
  • Cert III Landscape Construction (or higher) an advantage
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Competence in operating machinery (excavator, skid steer, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of construction techniques and site safety
  • Full driver's license (MR license or machinery tickets an advantage)
