We are looking to add a full-time
Senior Contracts Administrator
to join our team .
As a Contract Administrator, you will work closely with a Project Manager to ensure project success by:
- Preparing estimates through measuring quantities, developing subcontractor scopes of work, and issuing tenders
- Procurement scheduling and contract letting
- Project financial management, reporting, and forecasting
- Supporting our site teams in delivering projects in alignment with our accredited safety, quality, and environmental management system.
This is a great opportunity and would suit someone preferably with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in commercial construction. Our client is continuing to grow, and we would love for your career to grow with us, so there is a potential pathway into project management roles for the right candidate. This role would suit someone who is ready to abandon the city rat race and embrace a better life
