What You'll Do:

AGRF is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Administrator to join our Inside Sales and Customer Care team. This role reports to the Customer Success & Sales Coordinator and plays a key part in ensuring a smooth client experience by providing responsive administrative support across customer enquiries, order processing, and CRM data entry. You will be required to:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email within 24 hours (business days)
  • Provide first-line support and escalate complex issues appropriately
  • Process commercial sales orders and confirm order details with clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with data entry
  • Generate quotes for routine services and follow up on outstanding submissions
  • Support internal documentation and reporting activities
  • Demonstrate AGRF's values and comply with company policies

What You Bring:

  • Tertiary qualification in Science, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable
  • Basic understanding of genomics or laboratory services is a plus
