What You'll Do:
AGRF is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Administrator to join our Inside Sales and Customer Care team. This role reports to the Customer Success & Sales Coordinator and plays a key part in ensuring a smooth client experience by providing responsive administrative support across customer enquiries, order processing, and CRM data entry. You will be required to:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email within 24 hours (business days)
- Provide first-line support and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Process commercial sales orders and confirm order details with clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and assist with data entry
- Generate quotes for routine services and follow up on outstanding submissions
- Support internal documentation and reporting activities
- Demonstrate AGRF's values and comply with company policies
What You Bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Science, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in customer service or administrative support
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is desirable
- Basic understanding of genomics or laboratory services is a plus
