The Manager, Corporate Governance and Risk, is a key role within the Strategy, Risk and Innovation team at Health Infrastructure and integral in contributing to and facilitating risk and governance discussions across the Executive Leadership Team, Audit and Risk Committee and the broader business.
Health Infrastructure recognises the strategic value and importance of corporate governance and risk management and is on a journey of continuous improvement to truly embed risk practices within every level of its operations.
The Manager, Corporate Governance and Risk role is responsible for implementing and managing an effective risk and governance framework, focusing on maximising adoption by all staff to drive continuous improvement across the broad activities of Health Infrastructure, consistent with NSW Health and broader Government expectations and Policy. The role will lead the development/continuous improvement and periodic review of the enterprise risk management framework, as well as associated risk management processes and policies. The Manager Corporate Governance and Risk will regularly facilitate and document the Executive Leadership Team's review of strategic and operational risks and mitigation strategies that reflect the organisation's risk appetite statement and tolerances including cyber risk. You are excited by the opportunity to uplift capability and continuously improve risk and governance processes in a complex and highly motivated agency.

Ideally you will understand the NSW Health ecosystem, and the role HI plays in that space and in particular the nuances of an outsourced project delivery model and the particular risk approaches that presents.
