We combine the technical rigour of top-tier law with the agility and commercial acumen required by today's fast-moving markets. As we grow, we are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to provide direct support to our Managing Partner.

Your Role

Working closely with the Managing Partner, you will play an integral role in supporting the firm's client delivery and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and lodging ASIC documents (director changes, share issues, company amendments).
  • Maintaining company registers and corporate governance records.
  • Assisting with board and committee minute preparation.
  • Supporting due diligence processes for capital raisings, IPOs, and corporate transactions.
  • Drafting and reviewing corporate legal documents under supervision.
  • Conducting research and maintaining precedent databases.

About You

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal who:

  • Has 
    2+ years' paralegal experience
     in an Australian law firm, corporate secretariat, or listed-company environment.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of 
    ASIC lodgement processes
     and corporate governance requirements.
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Communicates with clarity and professionalism.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior practitioners.
