Our clinic strives to help patients who are looking for an alternative solution to surgical treatment of the spine or patients who have had spinal surgery but failed.
Here at The Brisbane Spine Clinic, we look after our patients with a holistic approach to target the true source of their spinal condition and help them regain healthy life when other traditional treatments have failed.
Our team is passionate about what we do, and we pride ourselves on getting to know what our patients need and guiding them with the best plan for recovery.
About the role
We are looking for a front desk receptionist who appreciates diversity in their tasks and finds fulfillment in their role.
On top of just handling phone calls and successfully converting enquiries into bookings, other key duties of the role include data entry and basic accounts balancing.
This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week.
We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:
- Passionate, warm, caring, and approachable – dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.
- Sales and customer service experience – able to convert phone inquiries into bookings by effectively communicating our unique value and adapting to different patient needs.
- Strong attention to detail – capable of following current administrative systems accurately.
- Problem-solving skills – able to think on your feet and handle situations as they arise.
- Flexibility – available for morning and afternoon shifts across our clinics in Eight Mile Plains and Daisy Hill. This position is also available at our North Lakes clinic.
- Quick learner – able to adapt to new processes and technologies with minimal training.
- Multitasking abilities – able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Thrives in fast-paced environments – works well under pressure and can handle a high volume of work.
- Stress management – able to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in challenging or busy situations.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia – mandatory.
- Frontline customer service experience (highly regarded).
- Advanced computer skills – proficient in Microsoft Applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Second language ability (Mandarin, Cantonese, or Korean preferred but not essential).
- Lives Local (We would prefer someone who is able to take up a shift at a short-notice. However, this is not essential.)
