We are a established Cabinet Maker in Laverton North in need of an experienced Receptionist to Manage our front desk and the day to day activity of our office.

Providing support to the office Administrator, the successful applicant must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Be computer savvy and experienced in Microsoft office, particularly in outlook and excel and have knowledge using Xero or similar accounting software. Must hold a current drivers License.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional service as the first point of contact for email enquiries and phone calls.
  • Assist with invoicing and data entry
  • Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
  • Make appointments and Diary Management
  • Picking up supplies and samples using company cars
  • Light cleaning of office and reception area

IMMEDIATE START

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.95 – $30.00 per hour
