Job Title: Store & Delivery Assistant (Casual)

We're a small, friendly family-run garden supplies business based in Ravenhall, Melbourne, and we're looking for someone to join our team

This role is a mix of shop work, warehouse support, and helping with deliveries – no two days are the same. You'll be working in a relaxed environment where we value teamwork, initiative, and a positive attitude.

What you'll be doing:

  • Helping out in the shop and online store
  • Sorting out orders and giving customers a hand with pick-ups (heavy lifting involved)
  • Loading/unloading deliveries and jumping in on delivery runs when needed
  • Chatting with customers and making sure they have a great experience
  • Keeping an eye on orders and liaising with the warehouse

What we're looking for:

  • Some sales or customer service experience (bonus points if you know garden/building products)
  • Confident using computers and online platforms
  • Clear communication skills – written and spoken
  • Reliable, motivated, and easy to get along with
  • Physically fit and okay with heavy lifting
