Our client is a professional services organisation located in Barangaroo. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Job Description
This position will involve a high volume of administrative duties, including:

  • Updating and maintaining candidate and employee information in the CRM system
  • Processing new contracts and on boarding documentation
  • Performing compliance and verification checks (e.g., right-to-work and visa)
  • Keeping employee profiles and records accurate and current
  • Providing ad-hoc administrative support to Payroll and On boarding teams
  • Ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all systems

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Administrator Should Have

  • Previous experience in an administrative, data entry or secretarial role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
  • Full working rights (Australian Citizen and/or Permanent Resident)
  • Immediately Available
