The Role
We Are Looking For a Solicitor With 2-4 To Years' PQE Experience To Join Our Reputable Litigation And Dispute Resolution Team. You Will Be Working As Part Of a Team Providing Support To Partners Including

  • representing Government clients.
  • attending a high volume of Court and Tribunal appearances.

We are looking for a pro-active litigation Solicitor who will bring energy and innovation to Hicksons|Hunt & Hunt.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 2-4 years PQE
  • Must have experience in Administrative Law or Public Law, or a background in Government Litigation.
  • Advocacy experience preferably in the Federal Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court and/or
  • Administrative Appeals Tribunal.
  • Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well within a team environment and manage a high-volume workload.
  • Strong stakeholder experience.
  • Willingness to travel intra/interstate for court appearances if necessary.
  • Strong technical skills including in legal document drafting and research
