Client Care Representative – Full Time (4-Day Week + RDO)

Sugarland Animal Hospital is looking for a Client Care Representative to join our award-winning team. As the welcoming face and voice of our hospital, you'll help create an exceptional experience for our clients — from that first phone call to the happy cuddle at the end of every visit.

What You'll Be Doing


• Greeting clients and building meaningful, lasting relationships


• Managing phone calls, appointment bookings, and client enquiries


• Processing insurance claims, payments, and other admin tasks


• Preparing and managing paperwork and client records


• Coordinating with veterinarians, nurses, and other clinics for referrals


• Delivering warm, empathetic service that makes every client feel valued


• Enjoying plenty of animal cuddles along the way

What We're Looking For


• 2+ years customer service experience is essential — ideally in a client-facing or reception role


• A genuine love for animals and their people


• Confidence working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills


• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team


• Professional presentation, empathy, and a positive, can-do attitude
