The Person

With your excellent written and verbal communication skills you enjoy adapting your style to work with a diverse group of professionals to achieve success. You thrive on challenges and able to remain calm under pressure staying focused on the project objectives. You apply consistent testing methodologies and practices to ensure product quality and reliability. You manage your time effectively, estimate tasks realistically, and stay focused on delivering outcomes. You stay curious and committed to expanding your knowledge of testing technologies and industry best practices.

What You'll Do

• Establish and maintain the testing methodology and practises.
• Ensure overall quality of the product.
• Apply effective time management and task estimation of daily activities to achieve expected outcomes within the budgeted time.
• Work with team members to follow process methodology to provide visibility on progress and ensuring workload balance and clear communication.
• Establish and apply quality assurance procedures to test and validate that functionality meets requirements and customer expectation.
• Continuously expand on knowledgebase and improve skillset relating to both established and emerging testing technologies and methodologies within CoTé and the industry in general.
• Keep team leaders and product owner engaged and informed on defect and overall build quality.

Expected Skills, Qualifications and Qualities

• High school diploma or equivalent; no formal degree required – we value practical experience, self-taught skills, or hands-on projects (e.g., personal coding initiatives, online courses, or hobbyist testing).
• 0 –1 year of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or any related technical or analytical role (entry-level candidates with transferable skills from customer service, data entry, or tech support are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and C# (academic or project experience is acceptable)
• Basic understanding of data analysis and validation.
• Good problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Good customer facing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
