About the Role

Lead office administration for Transit Systems QLD at New Chum.

We're looking for a dedicated Depot Office Manager to join our Operations team at Transit Systems QLD. You will play a critical role in providing office administration support and ensuring the effectiveness of our Health, Safety, Environmental, Quality (HSEQ), and Asset Management Systems (AMS). If you're experienced in administration, have a customer service mindset, and are ready for a new challenge, we want to hear from you

Duties

  • Maintain staff records in both hard copy and electronic formats.
  • Manage onboarding and inductions for new employees.
  • Coordinate the depot consultation committee meetings.
  • Support injured team members in rehabilitation and return to work.
  • Coordinate office procurement and management of supplies.

About You

  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in customer service-oriented environments.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
